Standard Shipping Timeframes
Your order will arrive within 1-3 business days, depending on your location. While we strive to get it to you quickly, we can’t guarantee overnight delivery if NZ Post experiences delays. Rural addresses might take a bit longer. Please select a delivery address where someone can sign for your package, as a signature is required.

We’ll process your order as quickly as possible during standard business hours. Keep in mind that the estimated delivery time applies to business hours only and doesn’t include processing time. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking link. At checkout, please provide a physical address—like a workplace—where someone can sign for your package between 9 AM and 5 PM on weekdays.

We’re not responsible for any charges or delays at the receiver’s end, as these depend on each country’s customs regulations.

We’ve teamed up with NZ Post to handle all deliveries. For any delivery-related questions after dispatch, please reach out to NZ Post directly—they’ll be best equipped to assist you.

Standard Shipping Timeframes
Standard Delivery (NZ and Rest of World): Orders placed on weekdays before 1 PM NZT will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekdays that fall after 1 PM NZT will be shipped the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM NZT and over the weekend will begin processing for shipping on the following Monday.
International Shipping
Yae Beauty Co strives to dispatch your order within 24 hours—or even faster—after it’s placed. Orders submitted before 1 PM NZT, Monday to Friday, ship out the same day, while those placed after 1 PM NZT will ship the next business day.

Once your order is confirmed, we can’t modify the payment method or items, so please double-check your selections, delivery address, and payment details before finalising your purchase.

You can request a cancellation via our web chat within one hour of placing your order. After that, we’ll do our best to assist, but most orders will already be packed and shipped by then.

Once dispatched, orders can’t be cancelled and must be returned following our Returns Policy.

To track your order, log into your account at My Account, click “My Account” in the top-left corner, select “Order History” from the left-hand menu, and review your latest order details.

Signature Required
Please note that parcels sent without a signature requirement are at the buyer’s risk. If you won’t be around to receive your delivery, provide a secure spot for the courier to leave it.

Unfortunately, neither Yae Beauty Co nor NZ Post can offer refunds or replacements for items lost, damaged, or stolen after successful delivery to your address. Be sure to contact us within 21 days to file a claim—after this window, we and NZ Post won’t be able to assist further.
Duties & Tax
Orders shipped within New Zealand are free from duties or taxes. For international orders, please be aware that any customs or duty fees incurred during transit are beyond our control, and Yae Beauty Co isn’t responsible for these charges.

We can’t predict these fees, as customs policies differ by country. We suggest contacting your local customs office for details. All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the customer’s responsibility. By law, we must declare the full value of your order on the package, which typically determines the fees.

To meet New Zealand export rules, we must state the exact value of your items and label them as dutiable ‘merchandise.’ We’re legally prohibited from marking orders as ‘gifts’ to avoid charges.

If you reject a shipment due to customs costs, those fees—along with any return shipping expenses—will be deducted from your refund once the package returns to New Zealand.
Delays during sale periods
At Yae Beauty Co, we aim to deliver top-quality products, but we recognise that items can sometimes shift or arrive damaged due to transit.
Every product is thoroughly checked for quality and securely packed before shipping. If your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition, please reach out to us within 7 days of purchase so we can resolve it promptly.

po boxes
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO boxes as we require a signature upon delivery. Please be sure to provide us with a physical address when placing your order.
